100% Vermentino, Sparkling on the yeasts

the color is straw yellow, veiled by its yeasts with a dense and captivating foam. On the nose it gives aromas of white and yellow flowers with citrus and spicy notes. On the palate it is fresh and acid with disordered but enveloping bubbles.
