100% Aglianico Beneventano IGP

This wine’s origin dates back to pre-Roman times. It is obtained from grapes cultivated on the hills of Benevento, an ancient traditional production area. The harvest takes place in the first ten days of October. After destemming, pressing and temperature controlled and skin contact fermentation the wine is aged in bottle for a few months.

The wine has an intense red color, a fruity aroma and a dry, velvety flavor. Excellent with cured meats and red meats, game and young cheeses.
