The Cannonau from the volcanic soil traditionally harvested to create a fruit-forward and complex wine.

The ageing is 6 months in steel and barriques of at least 4 passages.

It has an average color, tending to orange with evolution; on the nose it is spicy, fruity, balsamic and on the palate it is fine and long.
