50% Pinot Nero e 50% Chardonnay

This classic spumante (sparkling wine) is made according to the traditional methods which second fermentation takes place in the bottle. It is produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes from the hilly slopes of Pergine Valsugana, situated at heights ranging from 400 to 600 metres a.s.l.

Bouquet intense and complex, with fruity notes of strawberry and red apple. Palate rich, fragrant, harmonic, fine and persistent.
