70% Corvina and Corvinone

20% Rondinella

10% Croatina and Oseleta

The grapes are destemmed and pressed, then cryomaceration's takes place at a temperature of 7°C - 8°C for 12 - 18 hours. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, with pumping over and delestage during the fermentation phase.

Aging takes place in stainless steel vats.

A clear ruby red wine. Fairly intense and complex with

perceptible vinous notes and hints of ripe red berries. Dry, warm and

smartly smooth on the palate. The wine is smartly fresh and full-bodied

with tannins.
