Villa Borratella is surrounded by 5 hectares of Chianti Classico vineyards, 2 hectares of olives trees and 75 hectares of wild forest woods.

At an altitude of 1150 ft above sea level, the grape variety mainly cultivated is Sangiovese and complementary also Cabernet and Merlot are grown; an excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from approximately 200 olive trees.
