The Barbera “La Luna e le Stelle” literally “The Moon and the Stars”, also called “The wine of the dreamers”, is one of the most historical labels of Dezzani, with the first vintage in 1999. It has a maximum production per hectare of 60 tons. After a careful selection of the grapes, manually harvested it starts the vinification process: a long maceration at controlled temperature and a refining period of 18 months in barrels, which is continued in the bottle. This is without any doubt a fascinating wine that lends itself to various gastronomic combinations for the richness of the perfumes and the breadth of flavors.
