100% Benevento Falanghina IGP

This extraordinary wine is born from the noble Falanghina ancient grape variety. The harvest takes place at the end of September. After a soft pressing of the grapes and temperature controlled fermentation the wine is aged in bottle for a few months.

The wine has a straw yellow color, a fine and fruity aroma, and a dry, pleasant flavor with good acidity. It pairs perfectly with white meats and seafood.
