How It's Made

VINIFICATION: Using Trebbiano grapes trained with the Abruzzese pergola system, this wine is made through light pressing, with the fermentation and refining processes carried out in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. This is a simple wine with a fresh and delicate palate.

CHARACTERISTICS: Bright yellow with shades of green, and a fragrant scent of white flowers and apples. An intense and persistent wine, the taste is fresh, quite savory, and of a fine quality. It is best enjoyed young, within a year of bottling. Pairs well with fish-based first and second courses, white meats and fresh cheeses.
