How It's Made

VINIFICATION: Prugnolo Gentile (Montepulciano's Sangiovese) with Canaiolo Nero and Mammolo, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in concrete, then 3 months in bottle.

CHARACTERISTICS: Bright ruby-red with a purple rim. Red cherry, raspberry, plum and wild herbs. Fresh and fruity with bright acidity and a juicy, vibrant finish. Pairs with pasta with tomato sauce, pizza, grilled vegetables and light cured meats.
