How It's Made

VINIFICATION: 100% Grechetto from the Poggio della Costa vineyard. Soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, then 9 months on fine lees in steel and 8 months in bottle.

CHARACTERISTICS: Brilliant pale gold. Peach, pineapple, white flowers, citrus and warm stony minerality. Textured mid-palate with orchard fruit, honey and volcanic mineral notes. Pairs with roasted poultry, seafood pasta, mushroom risotto and soft cheeses.
