How It's Made

VINIFICATION: Noble-rot Grechetto from 40-60 year old vines, air-dried for more than 60 days and fermented in steel. Aged 12 months in barriques and 6 months in bottle.

CHARACTERISTICS: Deep golden-amber. Dried apricot, honey, white berry fruit, flowers and volcanic minerality. Sweet, with a dense, silky, velvety texture and notes of candied citrus and saffron. Pairs with blue cheese, almond biscotti and dried-fruit desserts.
