How It's Made

VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested Grechetto and Procanico from volcanic soils near Civitella d'Agliano. The varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel at controlled temperature, then aged 6 months on the lees.

CHARACTERISTICS: Pale straw-yellow with golden reflections. Citrus, green apple, white flowers and a bitter almond finish. Fresh and saline, with a firm mineral backbone from volcanic soils. Pairs with seafood, grilled fish, light pasta, fresh cheeses and seafood risotto.
