How It's Made

VINIFICATION: Grechetto from the estate's three oldest vineyards (50-60 year old vines). Two thirds fermented in steel and one third in French barriques; aged 9 months in barrique, 8 months in steel and 12 months in bottle.

Made in collaboration with Louis Fabrice Latour of Burgundy.

CHARACTERISTICS: Deep golden. Stone fruit, citrus marmalade, white flowers, honey, toast and a touch of vanilla. Rich and layered with hazelnut and spice, silky texture and a long mineral finish. Pairs with lobster, complex seafood dishes, roasted game birds and truffle risotto.
