VINIFICATION: 100% Girò. Marrubiu (OR), Sardegna; 100-year-old vines; Memorie di Vite project. Sweet red from 100-year-old vines; dried grapes; indigenous-yeast fermentation; 6 months in steel. 6 months in steel; 6 months in bottle (375ml).

CHARACTERISTICS: Sweet red from ancient vines. Dried cherry, orange peel and honey on a rich, unique palate. A rare passito-style Sardinian Girò. Pairs with aged cheeses, dried fruit and dark chocolate, or as a meditation wine.
