How It's Made

VINIFICATION: 100% Teroldego. Lavis, Trentino — hillside vineyards 300-600m altitude; porphyry-sandy soils. Traditional red vinification; temperature-controlled fermentation; maceration on skins. Aged 12 months in oak barrels.

CHARACTERISTICS: Deep ruby-purple. Aromas of dark plum, blueberry and violet with chocolate and spice notes. Full-bodied with firm but ripe tannins and good acidity. A structured, characterful Trentino red. Pairs with red meats, game and aged cheeses.
