How It's Made

VINIFICATION: 100% Müller Thurgau from hillside vineyards in Lavis, Trentino, at 300-600 m on porphyry-sandy soils. Fermented in steel at controlled temperature.

CHARACTERISTICS: Pale straw with green highlights. Aromatic nose of white flowers, green apple, citrus and a hint of sage. Fresh, crisp and mineral, with a clean finish. Pairs with salumi, trout, vegetable risotto and aperitivo.
