How It's Made

VINIFICATION: Vespaiola from the family's estate vineyards in the Breganze DOC zone, on the clay-limestone foothills near Vicenza. Soft pressing and fermentation in steel at controlled temperature, then aged in steel with lees contact.

CHARACTERISTICS: Golden straw. Elegant floral and almond aromas typical of Vespaiolo, with white peach and mineral notes. Fresh, clean and persistent: the native Breganze grape at its finest. Pairs with seafood, risotto and light vegetarian dishes.
