How It's Made

VINIFICATION: 100% Moscato Bianco. Dezzani Winery, Cocconato d'Asti, Piedmont — estate vineyards in Monferrato and Langhe hills. Charmat method (Martinotti); pressurized tank fermentation preserving Moscato aromatics. Non-vintage; no aging.

CHARACTERISTICS: Pale straw with fine golden bubbles. Intensely aromatic with peach, apricot, orange blossom and honey. Sweet, light and refreshing with low alcohol. Classic Italian sparkling dessert wine. Pairs with pastry, fruit tarts and light desserts.
