How is Made

VINIFICATION: Made from 100% Sangiovese grapes cultivated biodynamically, this red wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is aged in stainless steel to preserve its varietal purity. 

CHARACTERISTICS: Displays aromas of red berries, cherries, and subtle earthy notes. The palate is fresh and vibrant, ideal for pairing with pasta dishes, grilled meats, and charcuterie.
