How is Made

VINIFICATION: This biodynamic Sangiovese is fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, without added sulfites, to showcase the true expression of the grape. 

CHARACTERISTICS: Features notes of acacia, raspberries, violets, and blackberries, with hints of black cherry. Its medium-bodied profile pairs well with roasted meats, pasta with tomato-based sauces, and grilled vegetables.
