How is Made

VINIFICATION: Crafted from 100% Sangiovese grapes, this wine undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with délestage and extended maceration. It is aged for 50 months in Slavonian oak barrels and an additional 24 months in bottle before release.

CHARACTERISTICS:   The bouquet reveals notes of ripe wild berries, tobacco, and leather. On the palate, it is enveloping and harmonious, with a long-lasting finish of preserved fruit. Pairs well with cheese and red meats.
