How is Made

VINIFICATION:  Made from 100% Primitivo grapes, Volere Volare undergoes fermentation in stainless steel to preserve freshness, followed by 18 months aging in neutral French oak barrels, adding structure and subtle complexity

CHARACTERISTICS:  Volere Volare exhibits aromas of chili pepper, rosemary, and sage flowers, complemented by notes of blood orange and soft tobacco. It pairs well with meatballs, beef stew, eggplant parmigiana, or vegetable pasta dishes.
