How is Made

VINIFICATION: This wine is the result of a careful vinification of 100% Greco grapes. After fermentation, the must rests on its fine lees for about 6 months to give the wine complexity and structure. 

CHARACTERISTICS: Straw yellow color with golden hues, the nose is intense, with hints of thyme, fennel and flint. Decisive is the mineral note with a predominant acid shoulder. It perfectly matches with fatty dishes, ideal with seafood and grilled fish. Also excellent on white meat.
