How is Made

VINIFICATION: Made from 100% Sagrantino grapes, it is dedicated to the founder of the company Domenico Adanti. From the best selection of grapes coming exclusively from a vineyard on the Colcimino hills, it has an intense ruby ​​color with garnet shades. It stays 48 months in wood and 48 months in the bottle.

CHARACTERISTICS: The aromatic range is intense: cassis, tobacco, coffee and graphite. Warm, powerful, spicy, with velvety tannins, it is a long-lasting wine.  It goes well with succulent, long-cooked dishes.
