How is Made

VINIFICATION: The harvest occurs in the first week of November and temperature controlled fermentation takes place for nine to ten days in steel tanks in order to obtain a good extraction of color and aromas without weighing down the tannic structure and then aged for 9 months in NEW French barriques and then bottled.

CHARACTERISTICS: "Campi Taurasini" means "little Taurasi fields." Red wine obtained by an accurate vinification of Aglianico grapes from the Taurasi territory. The wine has a good structure and is balanced, elegant and tannic, with a soft hint of wood, it pairs well with Mediterranean cuisine, especially fresh and aged cheeses, meat and game, and nuts.
