How is Made

VINIFICATION: The ripening period is the second half of september. After a careful and selective manual harvest the vinification process involves a fermentation at controlled temperature. It follows the ageing in stainless steel tanks and bottle.

CHARACTERISTICS:  Wine features The colour is light ruby red with light violet hint. The bouquet is characterized by very intense and balanced aromas of flowers, hints of strawberry and sage. The flavor is harmonious with medium body, the tannins are elegant and soft  Food pairing  The Ruchè is an extremely versatile wine with a huge personality; it goes well with white and red meat, seasoned and tasty cheese.
