How is Made

VINIFICATION:  This wine is produced from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes. The grapes are destemmed and pressed, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature for 10–15 days, with techniques like pumping over and delestage. The wine is then aged in stainless steel vats, preserving its fresh and fruity profile

CHARACTERISTICS:   The wine presents a lovely ruby color with a powerful and aromatic nose of cherry, strawberry, and raspberry fruits. On the palate, it is soft, warm, and dry, with elegant and harmonious tannins. It pairs excellently with salami, semi-aged cheeses, pasta, and risotto
