"Campi Taurasini" means "little Taurasi fields." Red wine obtained by an accurate vinification of Aglianico grapes from the Taurasi territory. The harvest occurs in the first week of November and temperature controlled fermentation takes place for nine to ten days in steel tanks in order to obtain a good extraction of color and aromas without weighing down the tannic structure and then aged for 9 months in NEW French barriques and then bottled.
The wine has a good structure and is balanced, elegant and tannic, with a soft hint of wood, it pairs well with Mediterranean cuisine, especially fresh and aged cheeses, meat and game, and nuts.
