How is Made

VINIFICATION: A bitter wine, dedicated to those who love to get up Ritto a toast A seasonal product for meditation, born from the friendship and collaboration with Sommelier Davide D’Alterio (Il Volto del Vino, Enoteca Pinchiorri). The revolution in the world of wine is now, starting from the search for the best Tuscan wines, worked with spices and fruits for an incredible after-dinner drink.

CHARACTERISTICS:  This amaro presents a rich bouquet of spices and fruit, leading to a bittersweet finish. Its complexity makes it ideal as a meditation drink or as an accompaniment to rich cheeses, dark chocolate, or bold meats.
