VINIFICATION: Bestia Rara is an artisanal amaro crafted with the dark spelt beer, which is then infused with a blend of Mediterranean botanicals, including licorice, bergamot, helichrysum, gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona. The infusion process is designed to elevate the beer's characteristics, resulting in a unique and complex bitter liqueur.
CHARACTERISTICS: The amaro presents a rich tapestry of flavors, with earthy and roasted malt notes reminiscent of stout beer, complemented by herbal and citrus undertones. Its robust profile makes it an excellent digestif, pairing well with dark chocolate desserts, aged cheeses, or enjoyed neat to savor its full complexity.
