How is Made
VINIFICATION: The yellow Muscat marc arrives very fresh in the distillery. The fermentation begins immediately in special steel tanks. Once this phase is complete, if the vintage permits, a few days are allowed to pass before distilling with the traditional bain-marie pot still. The distillation is particularly precise and careful, in order to preserve the character of this grape variety. Before being bottled, the Yellow Muscat Grappa ages for at least one year in steel tanks.
CHARACTERISTICS: Pilzer Yellow Muscat Grappa has an intense, very fine and complex aroma. It is well reminiscent of the primary aroma of the grape while leaving room for some spicy notes. The taste is harmonious with a long sweet aftertaste that clearly reminds the grape variety of Moscato.
