VINIFICATION: After manual harvest, the grapes are softly pressed and undergo overnight in-skin maceration. They are then lightly pressed the following day into a paste and fermented between 18 /20°C
CHARACTERISTICS: Bright pink. Floral aromas of rose, violet, and fruity pomegranate. On the palate, this wine is fresh and well-balanced PAIRING This wine’s versatility is a result of its good structure and balanced acidity. Great with Italian-style starters of cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. Goes very well as an accompaniment for blue fish or fish soups. Excellent with sushi
