How is Made
VINIFICATION: Produced from select Albana grapes grown biodynamically, Albarara Cru Artigianale undergoes spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels, followed by aging on fine lees to enhance complexity and texture.
CHARACTERISTICS: It offers a bouquet of yellow orchard fruits, citrus blossom, and subtle honeyed notes. The palate is rich and layered, pairing beautifully with roasted poultry, creamy pasta dishes, and aged cheeses.
