How is Made

VINIFICATION:   Crafted from 100% Albana grapes grown at 400 meters elevation on calcareous sandy soils, this biodynamic white wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel, preserving its fresh and mineral character.

CHARACTERISTICS:  Exhibits aromas of chamomile, ripe white fruits, citrus zest, and subtle spice, leading to a crisp and structured palate. Pairs well with seafood risottos, grilled vegetables, and fresh cheeses.
