How is Made
VINIFICATION: Carefully harvested Vermentino from Sardinia, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, then aged on fine lees for six months and finished with additional bottle aging to enhance complexity and roundness.
CHARACTERISTICS: Expressive notes of Mediterranean herbs, white flowers, and ripe stone fruits, with a fresh, mineral-driven finish; pairs beautifully with seafood, delicate fish dishes, seafood pasta, vegetable-based dishes, or semi-aged Pecorino cheese.
