How is Made
VINIFICATION: Produced from 100% Sangiovese grapes, this wine undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with délestage and extended maceration. It is aged for 50 months in Slavonian oak barrels and an additional 2 years in bottle before release.
CHARACTERISTICS: The wine offers aromas of ripe red plum and black cherry, dried flowers, and leather. The palate is soft and elegant, with a persistent fruit finish. Pairs well with braised beef and pasta dishes.
