How is Made

VINIFICATION:  Grappa Q.B., Quantum Bonum, is a Grappa that wants to recall the tradition: it is in fact produced by distilling together white and red grape marc. After a short storage period the marc are distilled slowly and carefully with discontinuous bain-marie still to preserve the typical notes of the different varieties. Grappa QB ages for a few months before being bottled.

CHARACTERISTICS: Grappa QB Pilzer encloses the spirit of a territory, Trentino, land of distilleries and Grappa. It has a traditional soul but modern spirit: slightly floral flavor taste, variegated and intriguing but balanced and fragrant.
