How is Made

VINIFICATION: The harvest takes place in the first ten days of October. After destemming, pressing and temperature controlled and skin contact fermentation the wine is aged in bottle for a few months.

CHARACTERISTICS: 100% Aglianico Beneventano IGP This wine’s origin dates back to pre-Roman times. It is obtained from grapes cultivated on the hills of Benevento, an ancient traditional production area. The wine has an intense red color, a fruity aroma and a dry, velvety flavor. Excellent with cured meats and red meats, game and young cheeses.
