How is Made
VINIFICATION: Made from 100% Sangiovese grapes with natural fermentation and long maceration up to 40 days. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation and static decantation are utilized. Aged for 38 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
CHARACTERISTICS: Features earthy aromas of graphite, dark-skinned fruit, and new leather. The palate offers ripe blackberry, licorice, and black pepper alongside firm tannins. Best enjoyed from 2023 to 2029.
