How is Made

VINIFICATION: Made from 100% Sagrantino grapes, it is dedicated to the founder of the company Domenico Adanti. From the best selection of grapes coming exclusively from a vineyard on the Colcimino hills, it has an intense ruby ​​color with garnet shades. Aged in wood for at least 3 years and the same number in the bottle, it is an aging wine that improves over time for over 10 years.

CHARACTERISTICS: The aromatic range is intense: dark ruby ​​red in color. The olfactory impact is important which, with sour cherries, blackberries and plums, is followed by suggestive notes of graphite, licorice, juniper berries and aromatic herbs. The tannic and freshness are well balanced with alcohol and sugars. It goes well with succulent, long-cooked dishes.
