How is Made

VINIFICATION: The Sicilian white wine Inzolia is one of the hidden gems of Italian enology. Coming from the beautiful region of Sicily, Inzolia wine is appreciated for its elegance, freshness and aromatic complexity. The vines of Inzolia are cultivated on volcanic soils rich in minerals, giving the wine a certain minerality and a distinctive freshness. The grapes harvested in mid-September are processed with great care to preserve their unique qualities. The fermentation process takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, which allows the wine to maintain a vital freshness.

CHARACTERISTICS: The result is a white wine with a bright straw color with greenish reflections. To the nose, Inzolia wine gives a bouquet of intense and complex aromas. The floral scents of white flowers, citrus, melon and peach blend harmoniously with notes of Mediterranean aromatic herbs and light spices. This combination of aromas makes Inzolia wine irresistible even just to the nose. In the mouth, the Inzolia wine is fresh and full of flavor. Its balanced acidity makes it versatile in combination with a wide range of dishes, from Mediterranean to international cuisine.
