How is Made

VINIFICATION: Using Trebbiano grapes trained with the Abruzzese pergola system, this wine is made through light pressing, with the fermentation and refining processes carried out in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. This is a simple wine with a fresh and delicate palate.

CHARACTERISTICS: Bright yellow with shades of green, and a fragrant scent of white flowers and apples. An intense and persistent wine, the taste is fresh, quite savory, and of a fine quality. It presents itself best when consumed young, and it is advisable to consume it within a year from bottling PAIRING This wine goes well with fish based first and second courses, unprocessed white meats, and fresh Cheeses
