How is Made
VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested 50 years old vines of Vermentino grapes from the Marrubiu area in Sardinia undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine is then aged for several months on fine lees, with 10% maturing in tonneaux and 90% resting in steel tanks before bottling.
CHARACTERISTICS: The wine presents an intense bouquet with notes of ripe citrus, subtle tropical fruits, blossoms, and herbal hints. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, fresh, and balanced, with a mineral finish. It pairs excellently with seafood, grilled fish, light pasta dishes, and fresh salads.
