How is Made

VINIFICATION:  Crafted from unfiltered Primitivo grapes, Allegoria is produced without oak aging, preserving the pure expression of the fruit. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maintaining its fresh and vibrant character.

CHARACTERISTICS:   The wine presents aromas of cherry, black cherry, and plum, leading to a soft, enveloping taste with a light almond aftertaste. It pairs well with red meats, both grilled or stewed, such as a hearty beef stew with potatoes and mushrooms.
