Quartomoro Sparkling Vermentino "Z"
How is Made
VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested Vermentino grapes from Sardinia undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged on its lees for six months in stainless steel tanks, followed by bottle aging for an additional ten months, resulting in a sparkling wine with natural effervescence.
CHARACTERISTICS: The wine exhibits a pale straw yellow color with a lively mousse. It offers aromas of white and yellow flowers, citrus fruits, and subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it is fresh, full-bodied, and well-structured, with a creamy mouthfeel and enveloping acidity. It pairs excellently with seafood, shellfish, and fresh cheeses.
