How is Made
VINIFICATION: Crafted from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown at 370 meters above sea level in the northwest of Montalcino, with a production yield of 40 hl/ha. The wine undergoes natural fermentation, long maceration up to 40 days, spontaneous malolactic fermentation, and static decantation. Aged for 46 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
CHARACTERISTICS: Displays earthy aromas of forest floor, dark-skinned berry, and leather. The palate offers dried black cherry, raspberry jam, star anise, and black pepper alongside fine-grained tannins. Pairs well with beef and venison dishes
