How is Made
VINIFICATION: Crafted from 100% Sangiovese grapes, this wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with délestage and maceration for 15 days. It is aged for 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels and an additional 12 months in bottle before release.
CHARACTERISTICS: The wine displays aromas of small red fruits, blue flowers, and balsamic notes, leading to a taut, savory palate with a dry finish. It pairs well with sausage and mushroom pizza, roast meats, and Tuscan cheeses.
