How is Made
VINIFICATION: This wine is produced from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes. CHARACTERISTICS: The wine presents a lovely ruby color with a powerful and aromatic nose of cherry, strawberry, and raspberry fruits. On the palate, it is soft, warm, and dry, with elegant and harmonious tannins. It pairs excellently with salami, semi-aged cheeses, pasta, and risotto
